I have over 13 years of experience working with children, youth, and families in a variety of settings and nearly 20 years of personal/professional experience in the field of substance abuse recovery. I hold a graduate degree in social work with a special concentration in youth and families. In my practice, I see children (over the age of 6), teens, and adults. Telehealth services are available for adults only. Some of my specialties include:
Individuals and families impacted by substance abuse and other addictions
First responders and those who work in high stress/high burnout professions
Trauma-related disorders (dissociative disorders, PTSD)
Adult survivors of child abuse
Grief/Loss (death, divorce, incarceration, etc.)
My evidence-based training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Narrative Exposure Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I have numerous hours of additional training related domestic violence, substance abuse, dissociative disorders, grief/loss, assessing and addressing child safety/well-being, and working with diverse populations. As a therapist, I am warm, creative, and solution-focused.
Insurance/Fees
I am In-Network with the following insurance plans: Regence, Premera, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lifewise, and Pacific Source.
I do not accept Medicaid, United, Medicare, or Kaiser.
My Out of Network (private pay) rate is $125 per session.
I offer a 10% discount for first responders, teachers, and mental health/medical professionals who are not using insurance benefits.
