Independent Therapist - Thrive Therapy, LLC

Hello and welcome. I am happy you are here! You have made a very brave choice to invest in yourself by coming to therapy. Whatever it is you hope to receive from our time together, my mission is to provide a safe, caring, challenging environment in which you can grow, come to know yourself on a deeper level, and find ways to cope and heal. I became a therapist because I enjoy walking with people on their journey as they grow and discover the tools of change within themselves. I find that change comes best within relationship and feeling safe, validated, and heard.

What does it mean to Thrive?  Thrive (Verb) “To grow, develop, succeed, it is to prosper, to flourish. To be your best self.” At Thrive Therapy LLC, I believe we were not made to just survive life, we were made to thrive and have purpose in our lives. No matter where you are now, what has happened to you, or the choices you have made, you can thrive.

I work with children, teens, adults and couples of all ages and stages of life. I have experience working with families who have faced CPS issues, such as abuse and neglect. I have also worked in the foster care system and have assisted with some of the challenges of adoption. I have also worked with sexual abuse/assault victims, as well those who have been exploited as trafficked survivors. There is no judgment; only compassion, understanding and validation in working with me.

I look forward to helping you navigate the changes you desire to see in your life, whether that be improving yourself, finding healthier coping skills, growing in self-esteem, improving your relationships, or finding healing and freedom—these are goals we can work on together. I tailor treatment with each unique client in mind so that everyone receives the time, care and support they need and deserve. If you are tired of not thriving in your life, let’s schedule a time to talk and see how we can work together to meet your goals. You are worthy and deserve to know you are heard, valued, and cared for. You are not alone!
